Bilsdale Riding Centre Cancellation and Refund policy

Daily Rides – to include 1- and 2-hour rides and day-rides.

Our cancellation policy for daily rides is currently 72 hours. If you cancel your ride within this period, you will NOT get a refund of any kind. Riders who fail to arrive OR arrive late will NOT receive a refund of any kind. If you cancel your ride outside of this period, you will be refunded in account credit.

Residential holidays including Trail Blaze.

The deposit of £100 paid online to secure your booking is non-refundable. Our current cancellation policy for your holiday is 6 weeks. If the balance of your holiday has been paid prior to the 6-week period, this will be refunded in account credit.

We suggest you invest in holiday insurance for your own peace of mind.

Activity Days – to include Pony & Rusty Rider Days.

Our cancellation policy for our activity days is currently 2 weeks. If you cancel your activity day within this period, you will NOT get a refund of any kind. If you cancel outside of this period, you will be refunded in account credit.

EC Pro Payment and Refund Policy

All bookings must be made in advance and paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session. Payment may be made by credit or debit card. You will pay a 1.8% booking for this booking with a minimum payment of £1.80 and this is non refundable. The price you will pay will display when you proceed to checkout.

Wow Design Solutions Limited trading as EC Pro is unable to issue refunds and will only issue customer account credit in accordance with the refund and cancellation policy of the yard, school or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Customers may be able to access a refund by contacting the yard, school or Livery directly and the Merchant of record for all transactions is Bilsdale Riding Centre, and they shall be liable for all refunds and chargebacks. If you are not happy with the complaints procedure of your riding school/livery yard you can contact hello@ecpro.co.uk to take further action.
